Quality Control

GMS achieves the desired levels of quality by factory inspection for each production at accepted quality level (AQL). The AQL inspections check Barcode Tag, Correct Size, Colour, and Design. Qualified professionals, who check the entire lot of finished products, comprises of the inspection department.


GMS has modern in-house testing laboratory, accredited by BAB. The laboratory is
equivalent to third party laboratories. Laboratory equipment includes:

  • Macbeth & Data Colors Spectrophotometer from USA to perform comprehensive lab tests of various natures by internationally recognized standards;
  • High Temperature and Atmospheric Programmable Laboratory Dyeing Machine from Roaches;
  • Color Matching Cabinet to ensure perfect colour; and
  • Automatic Lab Washing for shrinkage measurement.

The lab is equipped with the following testing equipment:
