GMS continues integrating automated production, material handling and laboratory quality-control technologies across its textile manufacturing operations.
GMS is continuing its transition toward increasingly automated manufacturing by integrating advanced production machinery, automated material handling and laboratory quality-control systems across its operations.
Automation has been introduced across multiple stages of production, from raw-material preparation and yarn manufacturing to textile accessories, printing, packaging and quality testing.
Key initiatives include:
- Automated fiber preparation and material handling systems reducing manual material movement
- Computerized knitting, weaving, braiding and elastic production equipment supporting consistent production parameters
- Automated cutting, printing, packaging and product-identification systems
- Advanced laboratory testing equipment for monitoring fiber, yarn and finished-product quality
- Integrated recycling machinery supporting more efficient recovery of textile production waste.
By combining automation with skilled technical teams and structured quality-control processes, GMS continues to improve production consistency, operational efficiency and manufacturing flexibility.
